Product: HP LaserJet Pro 200 color serie M251
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Paper tray is stuck and cannot open or pull out on my HP LaserJet Pro 200 color M251 printer. There is no paper in the tray and there is no paper jam.

You will need to look through the back of the tray to see what is causing the blockage. I have seen cases where the metal lift part of the tray gets jammed against the body of the printer. A long stick or screwdriver can sometimes be used to press down on the metal tray while someone gently pulls the tray out.
