Product: HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Without warning, paper stopped feeding into my HP Officejet 6500A Plus printer.  If I push/force a sheet of  paper in by hand, the printer grabs it after about 4 tries.  I have done the "unplug it and plug it back in after several minutes" without success.  I have taken the printer apart as much as I can and cleaned all the rollers.  When I use a flashlight to look into the printer, a small flap-like piece with a roller in it comes down on the right side of the paper, then goes back up and the printer says "out of paper".  I cannot reach this roller.  I believe this is where the problem lies.  I really like this printer and am trying to avoid buying a new one because of the problem that I hope is fixable.  Any help is appreciated.
