HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have removed all inner parts.  It does not grab the paper within the cartridge.  The thickness of the paper was changed.  Thick or thin .. neither worked.

Not worth getting repaired.  Believe a new printer is recommended.
