Paper won't feed from Main Tray only

I think it is this gray roller that is supposed to grab the paper from the main tray. I have cleaned everything. Is this a replaceable part or is there another reason the paper from the main tray isn't being pulled up? Thanks!

Hi - I have a similar issue, my 7740 won't pick up paper any more despite cleaning the roller.  Is there a roller kit I can buy and swap out?
