Hi @poliberry,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer paper isn't loading despite cleaning the rollers and removing dust, there could be a few other issues causing the problem. Here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check Paper Quality: Ensure you're using the correct type and size of paper recommended for your printer. Low-quality or damaged paper can cause feed issues.
  • Inspect Paper Tray: Make sure the paper is loaded correctly in the paper tray or feeder. Adjust the guides to ensure they're holding the paper snugly.
  • Paper Sensor: Check if the paper sensor is working properly. Sometimes, the sensor can get stuck or malfunction, preventing the printer from detecting the paper.
  • Printer Settings: Check the printer settings to ensure they match the paper size and type you're using. Incorrect settings can cause paper feed problems.
  • Firmware Update: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, firmware updates include fixes for paper feed issues.
  • Reset Printer: Try resetting the printer to its factory settings. This can sometimes resolve software-related issues causing paper feed problems.
  • Inspect Internal Components: If you're comfortable with it, open the printer and inspect the internal components for any obstructions or damage that may be affecting the paper feed mechanism.

By systematically checking these potential issues, you should be able to identify and resolve the problem with your HP printer's paper feed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
