Hi 

 

my printer is telling me it have a paper jam and that i have to oven try 2 and the rear door to remove the paper. I have already removed the paper and made sure it was a full A4 sized paper that was removed. But it is still telling me it have a jam. 

i have tryed to factory reset the printer, i have tryed to removed the toner take the power hold the power button on with the printer un plugged but so far i have had no luck getting on from the paper jam.

It is possible that one of the paper flags have jammed. If the jam warning comes up when powered on that will likely be the case. You can try flossing the paper path with a narrow piece of thin stiff cardboard or thin mylar (plastic). Push it through in the direction of paper travel, never against and if you are lucky it will bump any sticking flag and cause it to reset.
