Product: Hp envy 4520
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Printer works fine. Received jobs, prints, etc. 

 

only issue is with printing on photo paper. I have used this very same paper in the past with this printer. 

No new equipment, software etc. is has been recently installed. 

I’m on a Mac but that’s irrelevant since it prints just fine with normal paper. 

FYI the jam isn’t really a ‘jam’ - it’s more the photo paper is fed and gets stuck at the back and isn’t able to proceed through after the 180 degree bend.

Did you ever figure out the issue? Having the same problem all of a sudden.
