Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer keeps jamming with photo paper. The printer is supposed to take paper up to 300 gsm, tried to print with A4 240gsm, when that jammed I tried a A4 180gsm but it still jammed. Never had this problem before when using photo paper.  I have some plain paper which ranges from 70 to 120gsm, they print fine.  Also 6" x 4" 190gsm photo paper prints ok. Any one got any ideas please?

With time and printed pages, the printer's paper pickup rubber roller gets dirty and needs to be cleaned for a better grip.

Thanks for your reply Valsimot, much appreciated.  I've done that, still didn't work, so I did it again, 4 more times, still didn't work. Would you have any more suggestions please?
