Product: Colour laser mfp 178nw

Hi I am really getting frustrated I bought the colour laser mfp 178nw yesterday and I want to print a photo. Everytime the photo paper is jamming. It prints fine on normal paper just gets jammed on photo paper. The photo paper is only 180gsm so it's not as if it to heavy I have put the setting on photo and glossy 176-220. And it's still jamming. There is nothing else jammed I the printer so I just dont know what is going on. Can someone please help. I have also rebooted it by unplugging it. Thank u
