@Rainmaker1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

What is the size and weight of the photo paper? Does the paper match the paper-handling specifications of the printer?

Refer to the document Product Specifications for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer (1G5M0A) for help. This document Loading Paper, Envelopes, Cards will help you with loading the paper correctly.

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
