HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I have an OfficeJet Pro 8720.  When i try to print to photo paper it gets caught in the back and won't progress through to be printed.  i have looked in the manual and don't see anything about what paper weights are recommended.  the paper i am using is Staples, Good for all Inkjet, 80lb, 11.5ml.   is this too  heavy for the printer to handle, and if yes, what are the recommended weights?
