I am unable to get my printer to recognise photo paper when loaded into photo paper draw. I have also tried loading it into main tray and still not recognised.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Is this happening for the first time or it was always doing this from day 1?

Do you get any error message? What is the size and brand of photo paper being used?

Try firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
