Product: Photosmart 7520

Photosmart 7520.

 

Keep getting error “photo tray problem” while trying to print from regular paper tray.  Not using photo tray.  This happens when copying, printing from emails, receiving faxes, etc.  I’m completely at my wits end.

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Photo Tray Problem': https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
