Incredibly frustrated. There are no answers to this issue that actually work, and I can see that multiple other people have had the same issue. No matter what I do, my printer will not allow me to select the photo tray, it is just greyed out. I have tried resetting, changing the tray selection from my computer, making sure the tray is inserted properly, and nothing works! Please give us a solution to this issue. My printer is not in a place where its easy to switch out the paper in the trays and I want both photo and plain loaded so I do not have to keep taking the whole printer off of the shelf to change paper. This seems like a pretty basic function that should work.
