Product: HP ENVY SERIES 7800
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

After working fine for a year, out of nowhere my printer will no longer load photo paper. It does, however, pick up 8x10 copy paper. I have gone online and followed directions for troubleshooting photo paper loading. The main thing I did was to make sure the out tray was aligned correctly which is was. Would very much like to resolve this!

What is the error message you get? How is the Printer connected to the MAC?

 

Try a firmware update meanwhile: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
