HP Recommended

My 7520 e-all-in-one series is not picking the paper up.  The roller comes down and lifts.  Asks for HP paper...I have just bought 2 reams of HP paper. Once indicated it had something to do with reading the paper (?).  I just installed an ink cartridge when this started.
