Product: Photosmart 7520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Photosmart 7520 won’t feed paper. Error message consistently “load paper into the main paper tray”. So far, I have cleaned the paper feed rollers and have run the clean cartridges and align printer options in the “tools” drop down menu.

Are you able to copy?

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

 

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
