HP Recommended

Photosmart 6510 printer is having a jam issue. From the minute it turns on it makes a weird sound and when it tries to print it’s making the same sound. Grabs the paper but I can’t feed it fully through to print out. The printer will “print” the page  without the paper going through and after it’s done “printing” “it will say printer jam. I keep pulling the  jams out but it doesn’t fix the issue.  I’ve cleaned it I don’t know what the issue is. The hp support sent me here. I’m wondering if it’s a gear issue.
