Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer just hit two years old and carriage will not move from the right side. Did all the troubleshooting, checked for jams, loose cartridges , procedure of plugging in to wall outlet, etc and used Virtual Assistant. I am disappointed as this is the first HP I have had that lasted this short of time. If any other troubleshooting suggestions, I'm glad to hear them as the warranty expired after one year.
