HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer paper jam error, but no paper jam.
has been working fine. Printed a doc successfully, on the next small print job, got jam error. I followed the printers onscreen prompts opened removed the paper in the que, with NO paper jam. Did this several times.  Still getting the error.

Also, the paper feeds fine. I restarted the printer and aligned the cartridges and to feed perfectly.
Can’t figure out what’s going on?
