After a very large full-page print job a few weeks ago, I have developed an issue with my printer. For single-page and smaller print jobs, it does well, but when I am printing a 30+ page print job, the print gradually slides off the top of the page, leaving a large blank space at the bottom of the page.

I have done a diagnostic, cleaned the printer head, and aligned the printer, to no avail.

I have searched online and found no answers, either.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how was the issue resolved?

Thank you, everyone, in advance for your help with this.

Try to print a large job on already printed paper. When loading paper in tray make sure the guidelines are correct for paper size.

This situation can be caused by a size mismatch. Make sure that the setting on the printer itself for paper size matches the actual size of media you have loaded and also that this is the paper size your program is using for your print job.

It's correct guidelines. Standard 8 1/2" x 11" paper.

The size is correct. It is standard 8 1/2" x 11" paper.

The print job starts printing correctly, but as the print job progresses (i.e., when it gets to about page 20-30 of a 60-page print job) the print either gradually slides up and over the top of the page, or it gradually moves to the right of the page until it falls off the edge. Each page gets progressively worse after about 20-30 pages.

All margins are correct. Paper size is correct.
