The printing is being done on light card stock and not feeding consistently at the top of the page but prints fine the rest of the page. The amount that is squished varies slightly for each page. How can I resolve this? If cleaning is necessary, is there a link to a video to show just what needs to be cleaned? My guess is that something needs to be cleaned, like the pickup roller. The user guide shows where to clean the top pickup roller when copies are made but not for the paper used to print on.
Below is an example of the text that is squished at the top of the page.
