Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I am getting this error that the print carriage cannot move. It’s telling me to open the cartridge access door clear any paper jam or obstruction and select OK. There is no paper jam there is no instruction and the carriage is all the way over to the right and I am not able to remove the cartridges as I think one popped out while it was printing the other day. Anyone have any thoughts it would be much appreciated?!
