Printer reports paper jam and instructs removal of rear panel and two sided printing accessory to clear paper debris. I have meticulously inspected both areas and find no obstructions. The real problem seems to be the print carriage is completely jammed to the right hand side. This is evident by the mechanical grown it lets out in powered up. I’ve tried to manually shift the carriage, without any luck. Could be possible then maybe some obstacle underneath the garage there but I can’t access it. Please advise.
