I had a paper jam in my HP Envy Photo 7134 printer. I have cleared it, but keep getting error message " the printer carriage cannot move. Open the cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction and select OK". I have done that, all is definitely clear, but each timne I press ok, i hear alot of "grinding" sounds then a very quiet "beep beep" and then the message comes back!
