Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

When printing my print starts at the very top of the paper. How do I fix this? I have turned it on and off. Printed test pages and alignment and they too come up too close to the top. HELP!

We use Hamilton Mills Copy Plus.
