Printed Page Ejected Out of Output Tray

Printer output tray does not stop paper as it is ejected. Pages end up on floor. Tray does not appear to be long enough to hold paper sheet.

Hi,

Have you extended the output tray extension of the printer?

Also, be aware that the output tray support up to 60 sheets, so if there might be larger print jobs, be sure to remove paper from the output tray if you may print a large print job.

My tray does not pull out far enough. I am going to return this printer.
