Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I have a Office8620 and occasionally a printed page doesn't fully come out of machine until another page is printed. Page is printed but not fully released until I send another page through printer

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • Does this happen when you make photocopies too?
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?

Meanwhile, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
