HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

This happened now already with my second  HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw: A tiny rubber ring which is set over one of the two the paper transportation roll broke and fell off. Which results in the printed paper being transported tilted and thus pushing all the following printed papers out of the paper tray.

This is very annoying, especially when printing a bunch of papers at once.

The Swiss local HP Repair service advised me that they wouldn't have a replacement rubber ring (an item which probably would cost only a few cents!) and instead the whole top would need to be replaced. At a cost of some $250!

Anyone experienced the same problem?

Are you talking about the document feeder path or the printed paper path?

The printed paper path ...

Can you post a picture, the service manual shows no clear pictures and PartSurfer does not list anything.
