Printer, 8020 series, displays paper jam but no paper stuck?

My printer display a paper jam message and instruct how to clean - but there is no paper or pieces of paper stuck? It’s an 8020 series, inkjet. Anyone knows? Or is there a reset function somewhere?

I understand that you are getting a paper jam error, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, you might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
