Printer ENvy 5540 has stopped printing, says paper tray is empty but it is not!

My printer hs stopped printing. Ink levels are good, Wifi connection is very good and the test page printed perfectly.

It says the paper tray is empty but it isn't!! 

What can I do?

• Are you able to make copies from the printer?
• Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
• What's the application you are trying to print from?
