Product: HP OfficeJet 6962 All-in-One Printer

My printer keeps throwing this error code and won’t let me do anything. It also keeps saying it was turned off incorrectly which it hasn’t been. I have made sure there’s no paper jam but the ink housing won’t move to the center like it’s supposed to. What is this error code? What can I do to fix it?
