Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Can anyone advise how to fix an HP Officejet All-in-One 6978 Printer. I first got a paper jam error message. I checked all feeds for paper. There is nothing jammed. Now, I get an error message 0x6100004a. I have shut it down, turned it off, unplugged the machine and disconnected from the wall several times. The error will not clear. How do I clear this message?
