HP Pro 8610 all-in-one printer. Error message: "Printer Failure: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on" after replacing an ink cartridge with a HP original cartridge. Before replacing the new ink cartridge, everything was working fine.
Tried, turning on and off from socket/wall, etc multiple times as suggested on the printer. Tried semi-full reset, clean the inside of printer of any debris, as well as re-downloading the printer software, all to no avail. Also tried wiping the cartridge contact. Basically tried everything I can find online and on the printer itself. What else can I try??
