HP Recommended

HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium printer-I have a "Printer Error" message resulting from when I was changing an ink cartridge, the empty cartridge fell to the right of the cartridge assemble;y when it returned to the right. I removed this cartridge, but now I have a printer error message which won't go away, even after I have turned the printer off and on several times. Not sure how to get rid of this message.
