Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1. HP 8630: How to open the print queue to delete a job.
2. HP 8630: Printer prints out half the page, then spits out the paper. Printer goes into error mode. I have to turn off the printer, then turn it on again. Then it prints the whole page. Happens about half the time I queue a print job.  Waste of ink and paper. How can I fix this?

Click Here to download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer.


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.
