HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have an issue where the paper feeder jams up.    It's not dirty, the paper is feeding correctly, there is a roller that just jams up.    We have many HP printers.   We have 3 of this particular model.   This problem printer is the older of the three.   I've been an IT pro for 20 years, so i've worked with many printers and know the steps for troubleshooting these types of issues.    What bothers me most is it's 3 weeks past a warranty.  We've had this printer 3 weeks past 1 year.    This is the last HP printer i buy for this company and will stop recommending them to my other clients.    A desktop printer should last at least 2 - 3 years, a good one goes 4 or 5, a ***bleep*** printer fails at a year.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
