HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

HP Envy Pro 6455 just out of warranty keeps jamming. Was working beautifully, then nothing will clear jam. Tries to feed but gets jammed. Have followed usual correction which has worked in past. Desperate to find fix. Use it for remote work. Have been down for days. Will have to go out and buy new one, don't know if it will be HP...

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you checked for any jams or papers removed properly from the printer?
Clear the jammed paper from the input /output areas, carriage area, ADF area, underneath the printer, cleanout assembly area, the tray should be pulled out to check for any Jams.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - (Paper jam) error By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.

It may just be a really small piece of paper still lodged somewhere deep inside. I would start getting a flashlight and tweezers and just looking from every angle.
