Product: Hp officejet pro 8610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My printer is showing a printer jam but the paper path is clear.
ON checking the paper path there was no fragments of paper,
both the paper tray and paper reverser ( on back of Printer) was removed and checked for jam paper.
Not sure where to go from here since i cannot get rid of the paper jam error.
Does anyone know what can be done next without destroying the printer???

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
