Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Help! Got a paper jam message and the amber lights are on. No paper is jammed.  Reset the printer and entered password again. Didnt work.

If you turn off the printer and then turn it on do you get the error right away? If so try below

 

Check the entire paper path carefully and make sure that all flags are returning to normal position. You may need to floss the paper path by taking a 1-2 inch wide piece of heavier stock or light cardboard and pushing it through the paper path in the direction of normal paper travel (never backwards). Repeat until you have flossed the entire width. 

 

If you do not get the error right away then it may be that your issue is that paper is not being picked properly and that can be due to dirty feed rollers in the printer, that you can clean with a lint free cloth dampened with water. Let dry completely before trying to print again.
