Printer Paper size Setup Issue

Hello Everyone My Printer HP Laserjet 5200 have experiancing with frequest paperjam issue due to Paper Tray setting ,

I use this printer specially for A3 printer i setup paper trays by Default Paper size A3, for Tray 1 and Tray 2 are working perfectly but for Tray 3 i set page size A3 and trying save setting but it showing " Setting Not Save" by default paper is B4(JIS), whenever i try to change it showing " setting not saved" , so how to change my Tray 3 page size from B4 (JIS) to A3 ,

Check and make sure that there are no broken sensors on the tray. Try loading a different size to see if that works. It could be that the sensors in the tray have failed and it reverts to the printers default size. You can also try setting a custom size and use the A3 page size for it.
