Printer Rollers HP4650

I cannot for the life of me, get the printer Rollers to go back in the printer. If I put the left side in first, the right side won't go in. If I put the right side in first, the left side will not go in. Ive squeezed, pulled, pushed. It's been months.

I understand your concern. However, the printer roller is not a customer replaceable part.

If the rollers are not in their place or if they are out of the printer due to damage, this is a hardware defect.
