I am using the HP Envy 5055. The printer tray will not fully close. It gets close and I can push it in all the way, but it does not "click" or stay pushed in. It pops out instead. I have to hold the printing tray in place for it to print. I need help. The printing tray has both legs and still will not stay in place.
