HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw
I purchased a 2 year warranty for my laserjet printer on May 21, 2022 and now that I called for service for it, I am being told I don't have a warranty. I sent a copy of my order twice, the order is showing on my customer page, but HP refuses to acknowledge it. I spent over 6 hours on the phone with Customer Service and they are more interested in selling me ink cartridges than resolving my printer warranty issue.
