Product: HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer

I am having issues with my 8.5x11 Ultra Premium Glossy Photo Paper (230g/m2) feeding through my printer. It feeds a little bit but not to the correct paper start point so 3/4 of the image is just printing into my ink pad.

I have taken the printer apart and cleaned all of the rollers. Regular Paper Feeds through without an issue. Turning paper over to unglossy print side results in better feed but not perfect. and I use regular cardstock weekly so I dont see why this would not feed.
