Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

My HP Office Jet 6978 suddenly stopped printing. It said there was a printer jam issue 0x6100004a. I tried looking for a paper jam, but there is none. The printer cartridge carriage is stuck on the right side and does not move. I have tried resetting the printer multiple times, but it remains stuck, which I think is the real issue.
