HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a print carriage cannot move, paper jam or obstruction error on my hp 7955e printer. There is no jam or obstruction and the carriage moves freely by hand and sounds like it does on its own after power down and back up. HP diagnostics did not work. Help please!
