For some time now, my printer has been catching the top centre of each page it prints.
I've been through all the cleaning steps suggested in the troubleshooting online section but cannot find any jammed paper that might account for this.
It is also, on occasion, quite noisy, as if something is catching (possibly other than the paper).
Any suggestions, or is it time to bin it and get a new one?!?

Hi @Mike9456,
If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!

Hi Jay,
Thanks for your reply. I'm struggling to access United Kingdom HP Support - after entering my product Serial Number I just get 4 squares spinning around indefinitely with no connection!
Also I can't locate the little blue envelope to PM you.
