My printer does not load photo paper 10x15cm (260 g/m²) when the glossy side of the paper is faced down. I receive an error notification on the printer to load the paper properly, but that is already the case. There is only one paper in tray 1.
When I load the glossy side of the paper facing upwards the printer doest print the photo, but it's on the wrong side. Can someone tell me how to print a photo of this size?
I use the following settings to print:
Papersize: 4x6 inch
Papertype: Photo paper
Format of photo: Full page
Page margin: Normal
Fit: Fill page
Print both sides: Only print one side
Quality: High
Color mode: Color
Print without edge: off

Hi @Rainbow23,
Thank you for your answer. I followed the steps but the firmware was already up to date. This didn't solve my problem.
I found a solution by simply using different paper. I bought HP photopaper 200 g/m2. The printers' datasheet mentions that the maximum supported paper weight is 250 g/m2. So I guess that's why 260 g/m2 didn't work.
