Can you provide me with the same instructions in the private message? I am having the same issues of not being able to move stopper up to the loaded 8 1/2 X 11 paper.  So I too get multiple pages loaded or crooked printing.  Which just adds to the number of pages printed per month and applies to my HP Printer Ink Program.
